I Taught this release pattern last night, notice how Tiger doesn’t have to swing too far back or forward, he releases the club more with the hands low and open face at set up. It’s an easier way to hit a ‘flop shot’, but still needs lots of practise and trial and error…. have a go!

Who is your bet for the Masters this week? 1997 inspired me to play the game when Tiger destroyed Augusta National! I went from a 16 handicap to men’s club champion in 2 years largely because he made the game ‘cool’ and I wanted to practise big high draws! Ironically he now hits mostly fades for more control and equipment has changed! I wonder how 🐅 will play this week? Technically he is still incredible to watch.

Yes! This month, we'll be chasing the sunshine down in Vilamoura, Portugal for 4 days of play and practise ☀️

Playing at Pinhal, Laguna and Millenium, my students will put all their winter practice in the studio .golf1 to the test, enjoying on-course tuition, a few rounds and of course some beers/sangria in the sunshine ☀️🏌️🍻
