Rampton Primary School A small rural primary school for children aged 2 to 11 years old. We have a family feel and there is always lots going on. We know you won't be disappointed.

Rampton Primary is a friendly local village school for girls and boys aged 2 to 11 years rated 'good' with Ofsted. We are passionate about providing enriching and inspiring experiences as part of our curriculum. Our fabulous team aim to empower all our pupils to gain the knowledge and skills they require to succeed and live truly wonderful, fulfilling lives. We have our own pre-school based at the

school and are able to take children from the age of 2 years. We currently offer full days from Monday to Wednesday and morning sessions until 12.15pm on Thursday and Fridays. We intend to extend to 5 full days as soon as we are able. Rampton also offers breakfast and after-school clubs for all children. Our teacher-lead Nursery supports those early milestone developments and a child centred, hugely enriching environment. One strength of our school is the fact that every member of staff knows and can support every single child and every child can approach any member of staff. That's how RPS can provide an individualised and unique experience. Check out our brand new sensory room at Rampton Primary School!

We are so excited to share this amazing space with you. Our sensory room provides a calm, safe and welcoming environment where children can access support with their regulation, enjoy sensory stimulation and take time to relax and reset when they need it.

This fantastic addition to our school will help many of our pupils feel ready to learn and thrive throughout the school day. We can't wait to see the positive impact it has!

What a fantastic Sports Day! 🏅☀️

A huge well done to all of our amazing pupils for showing such determination, resilience and encouragement throughout the afternoon on Wednesday. We are also so proud of our brilliant Sports Leaders, who did a fantastic job supporting the event.

Congratulations to Nightingale House for winning this year with a huge 127 points!

Thank you to all of our parents and carers who came along to support us. Your cheering and encouragement helped make it such a special whole-school event. We are already looking forward to next year!

Summer fayre 2026!
What a delight it was to return to a traditional summer fayre this year! There was so much going on: a tractor, fire engine, soaking Mr Coleman and Mr Rock in the stocks, face painting, Greens Deli, Bar & Dining serving pizza, Manfredi’s ice cream van, scrummy cakes made by members of our PTA, water or wine stall, jar tombola, teddy bear adoption and some local crafters and sellers and various other entertainment.

The sun was shining and it was an absolutely pleasure to see all the smiling, happy faces!

We are very proud to announce that we raised a wonderful £763.90! What a fantastic achievement for a small school! This money will be used for resources and opportunities for our pupils.

We would like to thank the PTA for organising this fantastic event, and thank you to our families for your continued support.

Father’s Day event:
What a wonderful afternoon we have had, enjoying sporting fun and games in the sunshine whilst eating hot dogs and ice lollies, and being creative with computers, micro:bits and Lego inside the hall. It was a perfect day to have wet sponges thrown at you in the stocks too - very refreshing!

We have really enjoyed an early celebration of dads, grandads and our other male role models today. Thank you for all you do!
