Master Blinston’s specialised seminar this month “the break board.” At Lynx Black Belt Leadership Academy,

Students found it a most exciting event because, “breaking a martial arts board provides an immediate sensory explosion. It is a powerful boost but self-confidence and a tangible proof of focus.”

The sharp snap of the board or the wood gives a rush of conquering self doubt and the physical proof of hidden power making this moment unforgettable.

However, to achieve this memorable experience, the technique and positioning of the board/wood must be mastered correctly.

To enable safety control and precise discipline.
Basically, it is the background work and the continuous practice of the martial arts technique, whether it be a kick punch or strike.

That will have the final say whether the board or wood is broken. The mental and emotional triumph is seeing abstract practice turned into huge success.

Clearly showing that the hard practice had paid off. The actual physical thrill of hearing the break, was also reassuring to the Lynx Black Belt Leadership Academy students has this was a physical awareness that their strength and discipline had clearly worked.

It's great to see the sun out however we need to stay safe & hydrated.

The schedule for Wednesday & Thursday this week.

Wednesday 24th
Group 1 class has normal time 5.15pm to 6pm
Group 2, 3 and Black Belts 6.30pm to 7.15pm

Thursday 25th
Group 1, 2, 3 & Black Belts 6.15pm to 7pm

Although this evenings lessons (Tuesday) are unchanged, I recommend students attend Group 2 or Group 1 lesson and avoid the 7.15pm class if possible due to the temperature in the academy at that time.

Graduation times has schedulled.
