Mrs Stocks

💙 Today we said farewell to someone whose kindness, compassion and dedication have shaped the lives of generations of Clarborough children.

After more than 20 years at Clarborough Primary School, today we celebrated Mrs Stocks and everything she has given to our school community.

For over two decades, Mrs Stocks has been a constant source of care, encouragement and reassurance for countless children and families. She has an incredible gift for seeing every child as an individual, understanding exactly what they need and helping them to believe in themselves. Whether offering a listening ear, a reassuring smile or quiet words of encouragement, she has made a lasting difference to the lives of so many.

Her patience, warmth and unwavering commitment have helped children grow in confidence, overcome challenges and achieve things they never thought possible. The impact she has had cannot be measured simply in years of service, but in the countless young lives she has touched along the way.

Although we are incredibly sad to see Mrs Stocks leave Clarborough, we know that the children she will support in her new role are incredibly fortunate. She will bring with her the same kindness, dedication and passion that have made her such a treasured member of our school family.

Mrs Stocks, thank you for every smile, every kind word, every moment of patience and every child whose life is brighter because you were part of it. Your legacy will live on in the hearts of the children, families and colleagues whose lives you've touched.

From everyone at Clarborough Primary School—thank you. You will always be part of our Clarborough family, and we wish you every happiness and success in this exciting new chapter. 💙

Mrs Hardie

💙 Today we said goodbye to someone who has truly been the heart of our school office and a familiar face to generations of Clarborough families.

After seven wonderful years at Clarborough Primary School, today we celebrated Mrs Hardie as she begins an exciting new chapter with the NHS.

Since joining us in 2018, Mrs Hardie has become so much more than our Office Manager. For many children and parents, she has been the first smile they see each morning, the reassuring voice on the end of the phone and the friendly face that has welcomed everyone through our doors.

Behind the scenes, Mrs Hardie has worked tirelessly to keep our school running smoothly, but it is her kindness, warmth and genuine care for others that people will remember most. Whether comforting a worried child, helping a family through a difficult time, answering a hundred questions with endless patience or somehow juggling countless jobs at once, nothing was ever too much trouble.

She has been a constant source of support for children, families and colleagues alike, and her compassion, professionalism and unwavering dedication have made a lasting difference to our entire school community.

Although we are incredibly sad to see Mrs Hardie leave Clarborough, we are so excited for her as she begins her new role with the NHS. We know she will bring the same kindness, commitment and care to everyone she meets, just as she has done here for the past seven years.

Mrs Hardie, thank you for everything you have given to Clarborough. You have been the heart of our school office, a friend to so many and an unforgettable part of our school family. We will miss you enormously and wish you every happiness and success in your new adventure. 💙

Mrs Myers

💙 Today we celebrated someone who has made an incredible difference to our Clarborough family in such a short space of time.

Since joining Clarborough in 2023, Mrs Myers has become an invaluable member of our team. From day one, she brought enthusiasm, dedication and a genuine passion for supporting children, quickly becoming someone that both staff and pupils could always rely on.

Mrs Myers has worked closely with some of our most vulnerable children, building trusting relationships and helping them to grow in confidence, overcome challenges and achieve things they never thought possible. Her patience, kindness and unwavering belief in every child have had a lasting impact, and the difference she has made to so many young lives is something to be truly proud of.

Behind the scenes, Mrs Myers was also our unofficial technology expert! Whether it was a laptop that refused to cooperate, microphones before a performance or a last-minute technical challenge, she was always the first person we turned to—and somehow, she always found a solution. Combined with her wonderful sense of humour and positive outlook, she made even the busiest days that little bit brighter.

Although her journey at Clarborough has been shorter than some, the impact she has made has been immeasurable. She leaves behind so many happy memories, grateful colleagues and children whose lives are better because of her care and support.

Thank you, Mrs Myers, for everything you have given to Clarborough. We will miss you enormously and wish you every happiness and success in your next adventure.

Once part of the Clarborough family, always part of the Clarborough family. 💙

Mrs Beswarick

💙 Today we celebrated an incredible member of Team Clarborough whose quiet kindness has touched the lives of so many.

After more than 20 years at Clarborough Primary School, today we said farewell to Mrs Beswarick.
For over two decades, Mrs Beswarick has been one of those very special people who has quietly made an enormous difference every single day. She has never sought recognition or the spotlight; instead, she has simply turned up each morning with a smile, a kind word and an unwavering commitment to the children in her care.

Throughout the years, Mrs Beswarick has worked with countless children, families and colleagues, offering patience, reassurance and encouragement whenever it was needed. Her calm presence, gentle nature and wonderful sense of humour have made her a much-loved member of our school family, and she has helped generations of children grow in confidence, overcome challenges and believe in themselves.

It is often said that the people who make the biggest difference are the ones who do so quietly, and Mrs Beswarick is the perfect example of that. Her kindness, loyalty and dedication have left a lasting mark on Clarborough, and her impact will continue to be felt for many years to come.

Mrs Beswarick, thank you for more than 20 years of care, compassion and unwavering dedication to our school community. We are so grateful for everything you have given to Clarborough, and although we will miss you enormously, we wish you every happiness as you begin this exciting new chapter.

Miss McNamara

💙 Today we said farewell to a wonderful teacher who very quickly became part of the team.

Although Miss McNamara's journey with Clarborough has been a relatively short one, the difference she has made has been amazing to watch.

Joining us initially as a supply teacher in Year 2, she went on to teach Year 3 and, most recently, Year 4, inspiring her pupils with enthusiasm, creativity and a genuine passion for learning.

Miss McNamara has built such positive relationships with children, families and colleagues, always bringing kindness, warmth and dedication into everything she has done. She has encouraged her pupils to believe in themselves, celebrated their successes and created so many special memories along the way.

Whilst we are incredibly sad to see Miss McNamara move on, we are also so excited for her as she begins this next chapter in her career. We have no doubt that she will continue to inspire children and make a real difference in her new school, just as she has here at Clarborough.

Thank you, Miss McNamara, for everything you have given to our school. You have been a valued member of our Clarborough team, and we wish you every happiness and success for the future.💙

Miss Speller

💙 Today we also said goodbye to a very special member of Team Clarborough.

Although Miss Kelly Speller wasn't able to join us at our Leavers' Assembly today, we wanted to make sure she knew just how grateful we are for everything she has brought to our school since joining us in 2023.

From the very beginning, Miss Speller embraced every opportunity with enthusiasm, kindness and a smile. She supported children across many different classes, building wonderful relationships along the way and always making time for those who needed an extra helping hand, a reassuring smile or a kind word.

Her positive attitude, caring nature and willingness to step up whenever she was needed made her such a valued member of our team. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she approached every challenge with compassion, professionalism and a genuine desire to make a difference.

Although her time at Clarborough has been shorter than some, the impact she has made will be remembered by the children, families and colleagues whose lives she has touched.

Thank you, Miss Speller, for everything you have given to our school community. We wish you every happiness and success as you begin your next adventure. Once part of the Clarborough family, always part of the Clarborough family. 💙

Mrs Cowell-Clark

💙 Today we said goodbye to someone who has been part of the heart of Clarborough for almost a quarter of a century.

Although Mrs Cowell-Clark was unable to be with us at our Leavers' Assembly today, it was important to us that we took the time to recognise her incredible 24 years of dedication to Clarborough Primary School.

From joining us as a class teacher in 2002, to taking on a number of leadership roles over the years, Mrs Cowell-Clark has been part of the lives of so many children, families and colleagues. She has watched generations of pupils grow, celebrate their successes and take their next steps beyond our school gates.

Many of the parents in our community will remember being taught or supported by her, and many of our staff have had the privilege of working alongside her throughout her journey.

Schools are so much more than bricks and mortar—they are built on the people who dedicate their time, care and hearts to making them special. For 24 years, Mrs Cowell-Clark has been one of those people at Clarborough.

As one chapter comes to a close, we would like to thank Mrs Cowell-Clark for the years she has devoted to our school and the memories she has helped create. Her time at Clarborough will always be part of our school's story, and she will always remain part of the Clarborough family.

From all of us—past and present—thank you, Mrs Cowell-Clark. We wish you every happiness, good health and success in whatever the future holds.

Ssshhhhh… it’s a secret! 🤫

The ice cream van will be returning to school tomorrow! 🍦

As a little end-of-year surprise, every child will be treated to an ice cream from the PTA.

This is only possible because of your incredible support throughout the year. Every event you’ve attended, every raffle ticket you’ve bought, every donation you’ve made, and every hour you’ve volunteered has helped us give something back to the children.

We’re hoping to keep this one a surprise, so please don’t let the little ones know! We’ve simply asked them to keep an ear out for a very familiar tune at 2:30pm… 🎶🍦😊

Please don’t worry if your child has any dietary requirements or allergies – these have all been catered for, and no one will miss out.

Thank you for helping us make this such a fantastic year. We hope you all have a wonderful summer, and we’ll see you all in September!

With love,

Helping Hands PTA 💙
