Thanks to Kixx Loughborough for an amazing football session yesterday!

We learnt how to kick, toe tap, dribble and shoot as part of the jungle adventure story!

Great fun was had by all... although I can confirm our staff make better Nursery Practitioners than they do footballers 😝

Today we had a visit from two of the most beautiful 1 week old chicks!

We learnt how to hold them safely, how to feed them and what they eat, how to give them comfort like their mummy hen would do and our favourite part was giving them lots of cuddles.

🌿 A Little Reintroduction! 🌿

Hi everyone! 👋
I’ve noticed a lot of new faces recently, so I thought I’d take a moment to reintroduce myself.

I’m Kayleigh, the owner and creator of Muddy Bunnies! 🐰✨

I started Muddy Bunnies after finding that having a son with autism sometimes limited the groups we could attend together. I wanted to create a safe, relaxed, and welcoming space for all children to enjoy free, creative play — and for parents to feel comfortable and at ease too.

If you haven’t guessed already, I absolutely love animals and the outdoors! 🐾🌳 My passion is helping children explore, play, and connect with nature — because I truly believe every child deserves the freedom to play and discover while being outdoors.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported Muddy Bunnies so far — whether you’ve attended sessions, shared posts, or simply liked what we do. It means the world to me! 💚

I can’t wait to welcome many more of you — and, of course, to keep seeing all my lovely regulars too!

⭐️Staff Appreciation Post ⭐️

Today, we want to take a moment to shine a spotlight on the heart and soul of our nursery- our amazing team of nursery practitioners.

Day in and day out, they provide more than just care- they offer comfort, laughter, learning and love. From soothing little worries to cheering every milestone, they are there through every early giggle, wobble and wonder.

Their dedication does not go unnoticed. They all play a vital role in a child's most important years- shaping their sense of safety, building their confidence and nurturing their natural curiosity.

To all staff, past and present- Thank you for everything you bring to the nursery, for the hugs and the high-fives, the story times and snack times and for being the calm in the chaos.
