As part of Volunteers' Week, we held a celebratory dinner for our volunteers last night at EKUC and it really was a fantastic evening, filled with food, laughter and even some dancing. It was a chance for us to give a great big thank you for the effort they have put in over the past year helping our staff team with facilitating groups, running our Cafe Connections social enterprise, and serving on our Key People youth committee! ⭐

We'd also like to give a special thanks to the more than 300 volunteers engaged with us across South Lanarkshire in supporting the delivery of the activities and opportunities of Youth, Family and Community Learning Services, giving their time to help others and improve their communities. Their dedication and commitment are truly inspiring, and we are sincerely grateful to the time and effort they give!

Please Note: Our last day at Universal Connections is Saturday 20th June and we will return to Universal Connections on Saturday 22nd August. The club will relocate to the Ally McCoist Complex [Quarry Rd, East Kilbride, G75 9LW] from 11am until 1pm between these dates.

Here it is folks, our Spring Break programme for this year! If you are new to EKUC and have any questions or would like more information, get in touch or pop in to see us :)

Please note that we will be closed from Friday 3rd April until Monday 6th April for the Easter Weekend, but we'll be back on Tuesday 7th April to begin our programme packed with activities for young people, adults and families!

Got exams coming up and need somewhere to study? We'll be providing study space with IT access during our youth drop in sessions for any young people who want somewhere to hit the books and get prepared.

Our Key People Election is running from now up until Thursday 9th April - pop in, check out the candidates and cast your vote for your youth representatives for 2026/27.
