Big shoutout & well done to Angela, who has now lost 10kg since starting her Holisium journey. Angela is proof that there is no need for fad diets or quick fixes, she has built her training into her lifestyle and worked with her coach each week to set achievable goals that have led to a sustainable loss while still enjoying herself on holidays and at the weekends!

Well done Angela! Keep up the good work

1 STONE DOWN EACH!!

With getting married later this year Barrie & Nicola both decided to turn the heat up at the start of the year, to get in their best shape possible for their wedding & have already lost 1 stone each!

This is only the starting point for these two and with guidance from coach Iain we are looking forward to seeing where they can get to in the lead up to their big day!

Well done guys, let’s keep going & get wedding ready!!

An amazing inspiring transformation from our fantastic client Gabby! Who has lost an outstanding 20kg/44lbs!!!

"Where do I start on my thanks and appreciation for this place! I had heard about Holisium through friends and as most people do, they wake up with a hang and chocolate over on the first week of January and think I need to call a gym asap. I was a new mother and weight was high and confidence was extremely low. From the moment I text the number on Holisium’s page and I got an instant lovely reply from Cat (if you go to the gym you will know how wonderful she is) I knew this was going to be a home from home gym.

Not a big soulless gym but a place where they care for your mental and physical well-being. I told her all my problems and my nerves about going to a gym and she put my mind at ease, explained all the different things the gym offers and the cost. I decided to go with a PT session per week and access to their boot camps.

When I turn up to my first PT session I meet the infamous Michael, PT extraordinaire! We hit it off immediately, it wasn’t just a PT session, it was hard but fun and he is always there with a listening ear.

Fast forward 9 months down the line, 20kgs lighter and more confidence than I have had for years. Michael has got me to a stage where I could only have dreamed of and I can’t wait to see what we can do together in the next 9 months. I have gone from never being in a gym to going to PT and 3 bootcamps a week and secretly enjoying it all!"

Varying foot placements and angles helps strengthen the foot musculature, especially the arch which for most people is too weak. We like to include a lot of isometric positions to strengthen the arch making sure to get the big toe working!

Our level 3 PT certification much like any good one will have an in depth syllabus however that’s only a small part of the puzzle as Who you learn from is vital in order for them to share their advanced knowledge and experience to give you the best possible start.
