I said what I said 🤭🤪 Do you agree?

Seriously though, absolutely NO shade on anyone who likes to drink matcha after a class, (I’ll have a matcha now and again) or wants to wear a gorgeous two piece set…

My point is TikTok and 20-something influencers have somehow created this “rebrand” around Pilates and yoga, and made it about being a “Pilates Princess 🎀”

❌🙅🏼‍♀️❌

That’s not us.
The majority of our members are over 40.
We do not film ourselves in classes.
We wear any comfortable clothing (sometimes inside out or the wrong way round, but we don’t judge 🤪🤪)

People choose our classes because we focus on the fundamentals of our practices, allowing us to improve our physical health, our mental wellbeing, our confidence, our self-worth, and provide a sense of belonging and friendship 🤍

Not whether they will sweat enough to feel like they’ve achieved something….

We are so proud to be shortlisted for the award, and whether we win or not, (awards ceremony is in December), being selected as a finalist, out of thousands of nominations, is such an incredible achievement 💚

Our instructors and teachers put their heart and soul into their classes, providing our members with the very best in quality teaching, positive energy and friendly encouragement, (with lots of laughs thrown in throughout! 🤪 If you’re looking for a “sergeant major” teacher… we’re not the studio for you! 😂)
