Paddington Pre-School Welcome to Paddington. We are a privately owned Pre-school and have been running for over 45 years.

Here at Paddington's we offer a safe, stimulating and caring environment for our children. Paddington Stage 1 is a purpose built setting, perfect for accommodating our 2 and 3 year olds. This allows them to become independent in toileting and self care. We also have a secure outdoor space with a climbing frame, sand pit and soft play equipment. We are lucky enough to be able to take our children i

n the secure grounds of Estcots Primary School for nature walks and games. Paddington Stage 2 has the advantage of being located in East Court Park which allows us to take our children for regular nature walks such as paddling in the streams and welly walks through beautiful woodland. We have a spacious well equipped garden with a climbing frame, gazebo and large walk in sandpit. We also have the use of a large indoor space throughout the year for P.E and physical activities. At both settings we provide a range of stimulating age appropriate activities including small world, role play, construction, creative and messy play. We plan our activities to reflect the children's interests and preferences. We value input from our Parents and Carers and welcome them into regular ' Stay and Play' sessions throughout the year.

It is with great sadness, we share the news of the passing of our beloved proprietor and founder, Mrs Jill Budgen.

Nearly 50 years ago, Jill founded Paddington Pre School with a vision of creating a safe, nurturing, and happy place where children could learn, grow, and thrive. Through her dedication, kindness, and unwavering commitment, she touched the lives of countless children and families, leaving a legacy that will continue for generations to come.

She will be remembered not only for everything she built but also for the warmth, care, kindness and encouragement she showed to everyone who walked through our doors.

Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with her Husband Mike, Sons Tim & Nick & families, friends, and all those whose lives she touched,

Thank you, Jill for the love, dedication, and inspiration you gave to our Paddington family and community. You will be deeply missed and forever remembered with great fondness.
