I think we might have created something really special… 🤎

Yesterday, The Play Lounge came to life - and it was everything I hoped it could and would be.

Mums walked through the door and found their space. Somewhere they could sit, have a coffee, chat, meet other mums and just be for a little while.

Meanwhile, the babies and toddlers did exactly what they do best… explored. 🥰

They moved from room to room, discovered new toys, played, climbed, rolled, watched each other and made themselves completely at home.

There was no class to follow.
No rushing.
No expectations.

Just beautiful, unhurried play.

And all around them? The sound of mums chatting, new friendships forming, babies babbling, toddlers laughing and cups of coffee being enjoyed. ☕️

This is exactly what I wanted Katie’s House to be.

Not just somewhere you come for a class - but somewhere you can belong.

Somewhere between a play café and a soft play, but calmer, smaller and a little more like home.

I’ve been soooo excited (& maybe a little nervous) to bring this to you - a space for your little one to just play. To slow down, discover without rushing, explore without needing to be somewhere else. 2 beautifully designed play spaces where little ones play, with time for you to be close by with a coffee….and breathe…!

Welcome to The Play Lounge at Katie’s House. 🏡

90 minutes of calm, unhurried play in a space thoughtfully created for little ones AND their grown-ups.

🧸 Toddler Play Lounge
Beautiful, Montessori-inspired play with opportunities to explore, move, create, investigate and play at their own pace.

🤍 Baby Play Lounge
A calm, cosy space where your baby can lie, roll, wriggle, reach and explore - with age-appropriate toys and sensory experiences around them.

There’s no class to follow.
No structured activities.
No pressure to join in.

Just 90 minutes to slow down, play & connect.

And perhaps drink a coffee while it’s still warm. ☕️😉

Our regular classes ball know (& hopefully love), filled with pumpkins, festive scents, lights, music, textures and sensory fun you’d expect from The Sensory Network, but completely little-one friendly.

This one is going to be SO much fun!
A proper family Halloween celebration at Katie’s House - pop and garage music, dancing, dressing up, games, bubbles and plenty of fun. 🎃💃

The Sensory Network classes are back from 7th September and we cannot wait to fill Katie’s House with your little ones and all the happy memories. ❤️

Whether you’re joining us with a tiny newborn, a curious baby finding their feet, or a busy toddler ready to explore, our classes are about so much more than keeping little ones entertained.

They’re a place to play, learn, connect, build confidence and make memories together - all at your child’s pace.

And for you? A familiar face, a warm welcome and somewhere you can simply turn up exactly as you are. 🫶

Our BRAND NEW Term at The Sensory Network starts in just a few weeks and we’d love to welcome you and your little one.

With classes from birth right through to Pre School, all carefully created to support and develop skills needed for future learning.

We work on the foundation skills that can so often go unnoticed or unmastered.
