What an incredible few months it has been! We have been absolutely blown away by the imagination, determination and community spirit shown by the children across both East Boldon Infant School and East Boldon Junior School.
Together, our children have raised an amazing £4,520.94 for their schools! Every single child who took part should be incredibly proud of what they have achieved.
It has been wonderful to see so many children using their own talents, creativity and determination to raise money in such unique ways. Even more special was seeing parents, grandparents, friends and neighbours getting involved alongside them, helping them bake, make crafts, organise stalls and support their ideas from start to finish.
A huge thank you also goes to everyone in our local community who stopped at a stall, bought a cake, donated, encouraged the children or simply cheered them on. Many of you didn’t even have children at either school but still chose to support our young fundraisers, and we are incredibly grateful.
Finally, we’d like to say a massive thank you to every child who took part. Whether you raised £5 or £500, every single contribution has helped make a real difference to both schools.
