Last week we celebrated European Day of Languages in school with a range of activities! 💬

Students embarked on a translation scavenger hunt around school with French sweets as prizes, French delicacies such as pain au chocolat and croque monsieur were served at break time and students designed posters on the theme of 'Languages Unite' to be submitted to an international competition.

In lessons, students tested their knowledge of European landmarks, heard music from different European countries and practiced tongue twisters in French, German and Spanish!

It was a wonderful week with students and staff sharing their experiences of European languages and we're already looking forward to celebrating next year! 🇪🇺🌍
