​The children have had an absolute blast at our Holiday Activities & Food Programme - Kent with Elite Community Coaching UK Ltd building new skills, creating unforgettable memories, and making friends for life. 🎨⚽✨

🌟 Week 1 at Dymchurch Primary Summer Camp COMPLETE! 🌟
​What an incredible first week of Holiday Activities & Food Programme - Kent with Elite Community Coaching UK Ltd! Our campers have been super busy making memories, getting creative, and exploring the outdoors. 🌲✨

​Here’s a quick look at what we’ve been up to:

​🌳 Forest School Adventures: Exploring nature & building confidence
​🪵 Den Building: Creating some epic outdoor shelters!
​🎨 Arts & Crafts: Unleashing heaps of creativity
​🚲 Huge Milestone: Helping TWO children learn to ride a bike without stabilizers! 🥳

​So much achievement, so much success, and endless fun. We can’t wait to do it all over again next week!

🎉 End of Year Awards Success! 🎉

​What an incredible end to the school year! A massive WELL DONE to all of our amazing award winners today. 🏆✨

​We are so proud of the fantastic progress our pupils have made across the board this year—from Phonics, Art, Writing, Maths, and Sport, as well as showing school values continuously, Resilience award through to ICT and Citizenship and of course not forgetting Head Boy and Head Girl for showing amazing attitudes daily and excelling in the school values every day!

​A huge, heartfelt thank you to our wonderful Friends of Dymchurch School Team for again, funding all of the trophies for today's winners. Your support means the world to our school community! Also thank you to St Peter & St Paul Church for providing our children with a beautiful keepsake bible.

​We are also proud to continue the wonderful legacy of Joyce Cockrill and Tony Bedingfield through our Citizenship and ICT awards, honouring our local Dymchurch heritage and celebrating values and skills that will stay with our pupils for life. Dymchurch Parish News

Dymchurch Primary School is now closed for the Summer and emails will not be regularly checked.

School will re-open on the 1st September for staff and children return to school on Wednesday 2nd September.

We did it...... AGAIN! For the 4th year running!

We are delighted to announce that Dymchurch Primary School has achieved the School Games Platinum Mark Award for the 2025/26 academic year.

The Your School Games Mark is a Government-led award scheme launched in 2012, facilitated by the Youth Sport Trust to reward schools for their commitment to the development of competition across their school and into the community, and we are delighted to have been recognised for our success.

With a total of young people competing in local inter-school competitions this year, we are extremely proud of our pupils for their dedication to all aspects of school sport, including those young volunteers, leaders and officials who made our competitions possible.

As part of our application, we were asked to fulfil criteria in the areas of participation, competition, workforce and clubs, and we are pleased that the hard work of everyone at our school has been rewarded this year.
