Ali's Latin Cardio Class Latin dance inspired fitness classes, suitable for all abilities, all ages 13 years -90 years! Beginners very welcome.

A fun friendly class awaits you, all you need is suitable clothing, trainers, a bottle of water and a smile. All classes are running as normal from 17th May 2021.

Your loyalty and commitment has been amazing and it's been so lovely getting to know you all. You have learnt so many dances over the years, I hope you are proud of yourselves 💃 I will miss dancing with you 🥺💕
I also have to say a big thank you for all your kind words and lovely gifts, I'm looking forward to my afternoon tea at the farm shop!! 🥪🧁
If I won't get to see you at the Monday night's class, then I hope I will see you for a festive drink at Christmas, thanks again and good bye for now 😍💃💗
