The elves have been busy this morning getting ready for the Christmas fayre. Can't wait to see you all for some festive fun and games. We've got jolly jars, chocolate tombolas, Christmas shop for those last minute gifts, alongside our wonderful market sellers with their handmade goods. Miss Sophie's dance group are performing at 6pm, there will be Christmas songs on the piano and of course Santa will be here! Come along with your pocket money for fun festive games too! We're here from 5pm - 7pm!

Planning for the Christmas fayre is going full steam ahead and the event is shaping up to be the perfect way to start the festive season.

This week is the last donations day and it’s a special one - in exchange for bringing in a bar of chocolate (big or small) you get to ditch your uniform 🎉

And dont worry if you’ve forgotten to bring in jolly jars or things for the colour hampers - we’re still taking donations (especially for the blue and green hampers!)

Thanks so much for your support. With some more volunteers this is shaping up to be a super fun event for all the family 🎄🎅🏽🎄

It’s Christmas hamper donation day on Friday. Here’s a reminder of the colours per class.

Remember the donations can be anything (although ideally child friendly, avoiding alcohol and things that will perish before the fayre!) from fruit cake to face masks, toys and teddies, from socks to smellies, candles and calendars, books, biscuits and baubles. The more obscure the better 😂🫣 Let your imagination run wild!

Christmas is coming! Calling all crafters, bakers and small business owners in our school community!

We're inviting parents, carers and local makers to be stallholders at the Dursley Primary Academy Christmas Fair on Friday, 5th December, 5pm to 7pm.

Stall fee: £15 per table. All fees go towards projects to support pupils with activities and educational resources.

Events are generally attended by 300+ people and are a fun, festive way to make sales while also supporting a local school.
