Creating space for calm, connection, and mindfulness.

At today’s Orchard Care Fostering carer support group we gave our foster carers and staff the chance to slow down, unwind, and immerse themselves in a grounding sound bath session led by Anthony Gray at Raising Hope Meditations

Press play, turn the volume up, and take a deep breath with us. Our foster carers give so much every single day, so providing a peaceful space to recharge is the least we can do. Caring for our community is always a top priority!

Huge thanks to Anthony for helping us reset today and to everyone who joined us to share this soothing experience!
