Hi All, We are getting ready to get back to boxing as the season starts in September 🥊

It's time to get your trainers out and get the runs in boxers 💪

Kids class will be on a Wednesday ONLY during the close season,5pm

Hi with summer in full flight the numbers in the gym have understandably dropped. From next week we will only be running a kids class at 1700 on a Wednesday. We will open back up from the 10th of August and will confirm classes closer to the time.
