This week’s ⭐️🏆💫

Our Seniors student Sophia won TWO performing arts awards at the weekend: Triple Threat and Kid’s Choice Award! 🏆 Here’s what was said about Sophia…

Triple Threat Award: “This award goes to someone who is genuinely amazing at everything they put their mind to. They can sing, they can dance and they can act and they always give 100% - but honestly it is the person they are that makes them so special. Their personality is infectious, you can’t help but smile when you're around them. They are fun, helpful, caring, a good friend and very talented in everything they do. This person dreams big but I know that they will achieve everything they've dreamed of and more. You were already amazing when you started coming to me but you are shining even brighter recently. Watching you grow as a performer has been a pleasure and I am really proud of you! You are the definition of a triple threat, incredibly talented but with an even more incredible heart!”

Kid’s Choice Award: “This award was voted for by the members of the performing arts club. The children were asked to vote based on who is kind, who is talented, and who just generally deserves an award. This was a landslide win!”

We’re so proud of you Sophia! 👏

This week’s ⭐️🏆💫

Our Minis student Toby competed the Mini Great North Run at the weekend! He ran very fast and when he was getting tired, he just told himself “I can do hard things”. He had a brilliant time and is so proud to have also raised money towards Age Concern Tyneside South’s fundraiser to replace their stolen mini bus. 🏃‍♂️

We’re so proud of you Toby! 👏

Introducing our new Tuesday Classroom Assistant, Cara! 🤩

Cara aspires to become a primary school teacher and has always had a passion for helping young children. She enjoys musical theatre and loves spending time with her family. She has two cats called Nala and Cleo and her favourite animal is a piglet.

Favourite Musical: Waitress

When I Was Younger I Wanted To Be: An actress

Hobbies and Interests I love everything musical theatre. I perform in pantomimes and musicals with a local theatre group and love going to watch professional and amateur productions.

Favourite Quote: "As long as you try your best, you can never fail"

Something Not Many People Know About Me: I come from a family of farmers so grew up helping on the farms. I can drive a tractor and get to take care of lots of animals such as pigs and lambs!

I Love Being Part of Razz Because: I grew up taking part in Razz summer schools and it always had such an encouraging environment that helps children to thrive and grow in confidence. Everyone at Razz puts their all into helping every single child feel comfortable and supported giving them a place to feel safe.

Welcome to the team Cara, we are so happy to have you on board! 😍
