Durham Student Energy Society

Durham Student Energy Society The voice of sustainable energy in Durham providing events, news and networking opportunities.

Durham Student Energy Society is the voice of sustainable energy on the university campus. We provide talks, debates and networking sessions for students to develop their understanding and knowledge of adaptation and mitigation to climate change. We aim to educate and inspire our members to progress their skills to maximise their career prospects in the energy industry. Our mentor scheme runs in collaboration with Durham Energy Institute which enables students to develop relationships with professionals, providing the opportunity for personalised advice on advancing a career in the energy industry. Student Energy is on a mission to deliver accurate and unbiased energy information to students across the world. StudentEnergy.org is a universal entry point for learning about the energy system.
