Lovely to meet a new student today who had taught himself violin during lockdown and play some Canon in D together!

Violin is such an amazing instrument to learn! You can play everything from Vivaldi to Taylor Swift, Irish jigs, Disney tunes, film music or Christmas Carols. It’s never too late to learn - I especially love teaching adult learners who are playing for the love of music and learning something new😊🎻

I was working on La Vie En Rose with one of my violin students this morning….such a lovely melody to play on the violin!

I’ve long admired Edith Piaf - such a passionate and expressive performer! Here is a version of her beautiful song La Vie En Rose. What a melody!

After taking a couple of years break from private violin lessons I’ve now got some slots available starting from mid-November.

I teach both children and adults of all levels and can cover a wide range of musical styles.

Drop me a message if you are interested or would like more information!

You really can’t beat Disney for beautiful, memorable melodies that are perfect for solo violin!
