Saturday 10th October '26'- SEND grading (in-house instead of class)

Everyone to turn up for 12pm please;
As discussed today
* Please come in quietly and await further instructions from your coaches.
* Please take note of your child's line number, and ensure they are aware of this for smooth running on the day (this will be released soon, few tweaks been made)

We cannot wait for grading day, all our students are ready and set to go! Just simply try your best, do what youve learned and listen to your coaches and you'll be absolutely fine!

Balance and coordination... balance board practice. This isn't about perfect technique but about using your whole body, engaging your core to keep yourself upright, balanced, and grounded.

This particular child has came on leaps and bound with his balance since starting with us... he still struggles with his upper body strength, keeping his arms tight and using his core stability when doing combination.

But today we took away some tools, and look how well he did!
