Jewellery group is back ✨

It was amazing to get (mostly) everyone back together after the summer break for our jewellery making group at From Loft to Loved.

Yesterday was 'world write a letter day', so we took it literally, creating our own initial and names writing with wire instead.

The results are just amazing 🤩

Today’s Meet the Maker celebrates someone who brings a calm confidence and a huge amount of skill into our workshop space.

Lindsay has over 15 years jewellery experience, she’s passionate about sharing her knowledge and skills, and it shows in every workshop she teaches here.

Her sessions are relaxed, welcoming and hands‑on , the kind of workshops where people leave not just with something beautiful they’ve made, but with a real sense of achievement. J, who joined our Sea Glass Jewellery Making Workshop this weekend, said: “It was brilliant! So well organised and the lady running it was lovely. I’ve now got some new beautiful jewellery to wear and some to give as gifts.”

Alongside teaching, Lindsay also creates a stunning range of fine jewellery and offers a bespoke commission service for those looking for something truly personal.

A weekend full of creativity...

Did you know we make jewellery as well as teach you how to make it?

If you don't fancy a jewellery workshop, but love silver jewellery, we take samples, scrap and offcuts, recycling them into new pieces to wear and treasure.

In this workshop you'll be able to practise in copper first, measuring your finger for the perfect fit. Then we'll cut, file, form and solder our ring before adding texture with hammers.
