COVID 19 and lockdown restrictions have had a big impact on our chikldrens mental health, wether that be from being home schooled, worrying about the virus or a lack of social interaction. This course is excellent in giving our little people an insight into their own mental health and strategies to maintain good mental health. The courses cost from as little as £10 per child, which is a small amount to help a child who may be suffering. Please message us for further information on available courses.

Mental Health Training for Children

Mini Medics Mental Health is a basic mental health course designed for children between the ages of 9 and 13, but it can suit children of any age.

The course includes the following modules:
· Understanding mental health
· Emotions and feelings
· Mental health problems
· Talking about mental health
· Looking after our mental health
