Wellbeing Walk - Mondays at 10am, Pelaw View Centre, Sherburn, Durham DH1 2EH

Kickstart your week with our friendly Wellbeing Walk every Monday at 10am. It's a gentle 60-minute walk with lovely views of Durham - perfect for fresh air, light exercise, and a bit of company (or quiet, if that's more your style).

Walkers range from 40 to 80 years young and love a good chat, though silent wanderers are equally welcome!

Afterwards, relax in the Pelaw View Centre - Cloud Cafe with a hot or cold drink, breakfast sandwich, or tasty homemade lunch.

No need to book - just turn up in comfy shoes.

MEND – Men’s Peer Support Group – Wednesdays, 1–3pm

A safe, friendly space for men to talk, socialise and support each other. Free tea, coffee, and hot soup available.
