To celebrate, we’re inviting all students and staff across our trust to come dressed in something that reflects who they are. This could be traditional clothing from their family heritage, or something linked to a club, hobby or group that’s important to them.

We can’t wait to see our community come together and celebrate what makes each of us unique 💛

An absolute joy to see pupils from The Vale Academy celebrate winning Golden Time last half term and watching them play outside in the beautiful sunshine ☀️!

Between them, class 5DD passed a grand total of 98 book quizzes, more than any other class!

Here’s to enjoying our inner child and playing until our heart’s content! ❤️

The nursery children at The Vale Academy Nursery have been busy exploring the wonders of winter ❄️🌿

Over the past few days, the children have enjoyed getting hands-on with seasonal activities, discovering what happens in nature during the colder months. They wrapped up warm and talked about winter weather, spotted signs of winter outdoors, and used their senses to explore natural materials.

One of their favourite activities was making handmade bird feeders 🐦 Using simple materials, the children helped prepare food for the birds, learning how they can care for wildlife when food is harder to find.

They were so proud to hang their feeders outside and see who comes to visit! 🐿️

The Advantage Schools central team took time to celebrate the festive season by coming together for a staff Christmas lunch and Secret Santa. It was a lovely opportunity to reflect on the year, enjoy some festive cheer, and recognise the teamwork and dedication that supports our schools every day. Wishing everyone a happy and restful Christmas. 🎄

✨🎃Early Years Pumpkin Day Fun! 🎃✨

Across Nursery & Reception at The Vale Academy in Dunstable, they had fun celebrating Pumpkin Day with the little ones! 🎨🍂

They’ve been getting creative and reusing our pumpkins in all sorts of ways to spark imaginations and build new skills.

From squishy pumpkin soup 🥣 (sensory heaven!) to bright and colorful pumpkin painting 🖌️, the kids had a blast! 🧡

And that’s not all... They turned pumpkins into train tunnels 🚂, and even got competitive with a fun game of pumpkin bowling! 🎳 So many giggles, so many memories, and of course... pumpkin mess! 😂
