We are getting lockers across the school so our site agent has removed all the pegs from cloakrooms. In typical EYFS fashion, I looked at the box of pegs and thought "I can reuse those". Et voila! I haven't been able to find anything that works for fancy dress outside- with a rail there is always hangers all over the floor, with a box they can't find anything. So my idea here to have just a few bits out for our stage, but with easy access. I'm going to add some microphones and some accessories like glasses etc. I think it works really well.

When your log slices from Temu are much smaller than hoped, you have to rethink! I've handpainted these to add to some five frames. I want to redo my maths area and these will make a perfect new addition.

Story stones. 1st make of the holidays (possibly the only one this year). I've just used pictures from Twinkl Resources ☁️ with some PVA glue. I plan on adding them to my reading area

In the blistering heatwave in those last couple of weeks of school, we made fruit ice lollies with the children. Perfect for C&L, PSED, PD, UTW and EAD!!! It worked so well that I've recreated them at home with my own kids.

I am loving the hand written display titles!!! The 'winter' one has been misplaced when the cleaners moved everything for a deep clean- fingers crossed it will be found when I have a tidy 🤞

It's so nice to have actual handwriting displayed. I think it will make a big difference to the new cohort coming in, seeing what they can achieve and having good examples modelled to them. Can't believe I've never done it before.

They have LOVED this today. Thank you to whoever I stole it from! Such a simple activity but brilliant for C&L, PSED, PD, Maths and UTW, plus it kept us all a little cooler.

I feel like I've made it! I've had the mick taken out of me in the leavers play...it feels like a career milestone!!!
