Practice makes perfect!

Year 4 had an absolute blast stepping into the shoes of professional bakers! 🧁 From carefully reading recipes and measuring out ingredients to mixing batter!

Before creating their final masterpiece cakes, this hands-on lesson gave them the perfect chance to learn through trial and error, embrace those "marvellous mistakes," and perfect their skills. We can't wait to see and taste their very own unique creations next! 🍰

This week, our Nursery children are working towards earning their Getting Ready badge! 🎖️

With a little help from Hey Duggee and Friends 🐶, we’re learning all about our daily routines, including getting ready in the morning, brushing our teeth 🪥 and getting to school on time! 🎒

A big week for Chiltern Learning Trust and our wider school community! 💛💙

This week, it was officially announced that Chiltern Learning Trust and Inspiring Futures through Learning are merging! We’re excited to see what lies ahead for our school as we begin this new chapter together.

We couldn’t mark the occasion without thanking Adrian Rogers, our CEO, who will be stepping down in July 2027, for all his hard work and commitment to CLT and our school. Thank you, Adrian, for everything you’ve done for us over the years! 💙

Our Nursery children have enjoyed learning about how to care for their teeth this week. Their learning then progressed to thinking about 🦈 teeth. We used one hand to hold the scissors and make snips in the paper to be sharp shark teeth. Using one hand is tricky but the children did a great job!
