A few weeks ago we welcomed Rachel from the 'Out of Doors' programme on BBC Radio Scotland to a Nordic Walking session and her chat with us was broadcast this morning!

A good discussion on the background and benefits of Nordic Walking as well as what's involved in the activity itself. Just don't take a shot for every 'and' or 'so' from myself, and the money's in the post for the glowing reports that the group gave 😂
