FREE WHEN SOMEONE SAYS NO: RESPECTING BOUNDARIES POSTER

Hearing “no” can feel really hard for children, especially when they had their heart set on something. This bright, child-friendly poster gives a simple reminder of what to do next: stay calm, listen, respect the answer, ask what the other person would prefer, and choose something else.

It also makes space for an important feeling: it’s okay to be disappointed. The key is learning that disappointment does not mean we argue, pressure someone or keep asking until they change their mind.

A helpful visual for home, classrooms, therapy sessions or any shared space where children are learning about consent, personal boundaries and respectful behaviour.
