Thank you to Makita Sensei and JKS Japan for two superb nights at the JKS Scotland Honbu this past Friday and Monday. 🥋🇯🇵🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
Sensei led both sessions with exceptional technical detail, his trademark speed and power on full display, lifting the level across kihon, kata and kumite.
As Makita sensei said, Karate is a life long journey, with a little bit of improvement everyday — now for us to put the lessons to work. Osu!
