One school. Four year groups. Four very different workshops... which is a test in itself! 😂
Last week oor Andrew Howee spent a brilliant few days at Beeslack Community High School working with pupils from S1 through to S4.
One of the things we love about the different workshops and working with pupils across the stages is just how much the conversation changes.
What matters to an S1 pupil finding their feet in secondary school isn’t necessarily what matters to an S4 pupil starting to think seriously about what comes next.
So the workshops changed too, but always with the aim of inspiring each individual to believe in themselves and understand their role in school.
There was plenty of laughter, lots of activities and some incredibly tall Jenga!
And then the feedback came in...
86% of S2 pupils said they left feeling more confident about their future.
For S3 and S4, that figure was 98%.
And one comment we keep coming back to is this:
“It helped people to understand their fears and be the best version of themselves.
