We are currently looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities. This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same – you’ll be helping people live as independently and joyfully as possible.

💼 About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will:
• Support individuals with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
• Help service users access community activities, education, and employment
• Encourage independence and confidence through person-centred support
• Build meaningful relationships based on trust, respect, and empathy
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment

👤 About You:
• Experience is welcomed but not essential – full training will be provided!
• A genuine passion for helping others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, flexible, and a great team player
• Must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
