Tayview Primary Parent Council would like to send a huge thank you to Bertie Mooney’s Restaurant & Bar for their generous donation of a £30 voucher to our recent Bingo Fundraiser!

A well-known and much-loved spot in Dundee, Bertie Mooney’s is right at the heart of the city centre, bringing people together with great food, live sports, music, and a fantastic atmosphere. We are so grateful for their support of our school and the wider Dundee community in such a wholesome and thoughtful way. 💜

Thanks to their kindness, alongside all of our amazing supporters, we’re delighted to share that we now have enough funds for our playground improvements—helping to brighten up the playground and create an even better space for our children to enjoy! 🥳🎨

This was such an exciting prize, and it’s safe to say it was a big hit with the children—Ryze is a firm favourite for so many Dundee kids! 🎉

We are incredibly grateful for their continued support, as this isn’t the first time Ryze has kindly donated to our bingo fundraiser. Their generosity year after year truly means so much to our school community.

Thanks to amazing supporters like Ryze, we were able to host a brilliant night while raising funds for our playground improvements—something that will benefit all of our pupils and school community for years to come🥳🎨

Tayview Primary Parent Council would like to send a huge thank you to Pout Nightclub Dundee for their fantastic donation of a £99 bar tab voucher to our recent Bingo Fundraiser! Their generosity helped make the night even more exciting (for the adults at least 😆)and contributed to the overall success of the event.

A well-known and lively spot in Dundee’s nightlife scene, Pout Nightclub brings great energy and unforgettable nights throughout the week—and we’re so grateful they chose to support our school community in such a generous way! 🕺💃

With their support, alongside the kindness of our other supporters and everyone who came along, we raised an incredible £544.14—more than enough to cover the cost of our new playground markings! We’re absolutely delighted to be able to bring this to life for our pupils. 🥳🎨

Tayview Primary Parent Council would like to send a huge thank you to Harry Mudini for his incredible donation of a one-hour magic show voucher to our recent Bingo Fundraiser! His generosity played a big part in helping make the event such a success.

This isn’t the first time Harry Mudini has supported our bingo fundraiser, and we are so grateful for his continued kindness and commitment to our school community. His ongoing support truly makes a difference.

📢 Industrial action update📢

Industrial action planned for 18th and 24th March is now suspended. Schools and nurseries will be open as usual.

What an incredible night at our Tayview Bingo Night Fundraiser! 💜

A huge THANK YOU to all the Tayview families and friends who came along and supported the event. Thanks to your generosity and enthusiasm, we raised an amazing £544.14 on the night! 🎉

Because of this fantastic support, we have now raised enough funds to install the new playground markings – something that will make a real difference to the children’s playtime and learning.

This simply would not have been possible without so many wonderful people. A heartfelt thank you to the lovely volunteers from the Parent Council who worked so hard to organise and run the evening, and to the wonderful Tayview staff who, as always, went above and beyond by staying late to help and volunteer their time.

We are also incredibly grateful to all the fabulous local businesses who donated such brilliant prizes, and to the Tayview families and friends who kindly donated prizes to make the night such a success.

Most of all, thank you to every single person who came along, bought tickets, played bingo, and supported the event. Your support has helped us achieve something truly special for our children.

Because of you, we’ve created something that will benefit not only the children attending Tayview right now, but also the many children who will come through our school for years to come.
