We are based in Buttons and Bows Nursery, Raglan Street Stobswell. We offer support within our nursery and the wider community, from hampers such as clothing, food and toys to food bank referrals all of which remains completely confidential.

This morning I visited Dundee Pregnancy and Parenthood Support, I dropped by with two bags full of baby/toddler clothes from our donations.

This organisation is Dundee based at St Columbas, Derwent Avenue DD3 0BE and provide practical help and emotional support to pregnant women and families 🩷

Hi everyone, Kallae here (Toddler Room Senior and Family Support Officer). This is not your usual post from us but I just wanted to jump on and steal a wee minute of everyone’s Sunday scrolling time.

Away from supporting and nurturing the development of your little cherubs and helping families in and around the community, I am a competitive cheerleader at The Scottish Bluebells. This has been a huge part of my life since I was just a teeny wee four year old and also big part of what pushed me into childcare amongst a lot of other things. Fast forward twenty one years from being said teeny wee four year old and we have been given the opportunity to travel to Canada this coming July and compete in the AIA Championships (😱😱😱!!!) If you are or ever have been a cheerleader you will know these opportunities don’t come often or very easily and it is a part of every cheerleaders dream, even at my age to travel the world and represent your team, city and sport💙

If you got this far thank you, and to everyone who has helped with fundraising etc so far we are extremely grateful. Our next fundraiser will be our race night on Friday 13th March in the Taxi Club Dundee, tickets will be on sale until the end of this week and horses are available to buy and sponsor from myself. Our last race night was a huge success, also a great excuse for a night out with karaoke, games and raffles after the races🤪
