CELEBRATION FOR DR BRUCE SINCLAIR

After four decades of teaching, many of you will know and have been inspired by Dr Bruce Sinclair. To mark Bruce's great achievement of reaching this 40-year milestone, a celebration event of his long-standing service to St Andrews will take place from 10.00am to 6.30pm on Friday 26 June 2026.

Register - https://ow.ly/N2MR50Z6JJl

The programme will include contributions from current and former colleagues, as well as alumni, reflecting on Bruce’s impact on their careers and his many achievements over a distinguished and storied career.

There will also be plenty of opportunity to reconnect with old friends and network with fellow Physics and Astronomy graduates from across the years.

The deadline to register is Sunday 7 June 2026.

🌿 Join us for Litter Pick #3! 🌿

Tomorrow, 12–1pm, we’ll be cleaning the woodland along the multi-user path next to David Russell Apartments as part of the Fife Climate Festival. Come along and help us keep St Andrews’ green spaces clean for wildlife and our community!

Meet up location is the beginning of the Shared Use Path from Buchanan Gardens and next to DRA car park. Three words: ///facing.vowel.discusses

Last week, despite the rain, we managed to collect 12.5 kg of plastic waste from the hedges along the bus station.
