Buttons and Bows Nursery School

Shoutout to Local Businesses!
The children at Buttons and Bows Nursery (just off Albert Street) have done incredibly well taking part in a Sponsored Listen to raise money to get the nursery some new books.
They have raised a whopping £424!
If we can help them raise an extra £176 to get them up to £600 through donations from local businesses, they'll receive £960 in books!
This amount of books will make such a difference to the children and staff.
As a business could you spare £10, £20, £25 or more to help them reach their target?

Since coming into my role as Family Support Officer, I am completely overwhelmed with everyone’s kindness and generosity. Thank you to everyone who has donated so far and been a part of helping people in need, I am absolutely bursting at the seems with donations as you can see, so I’m about to sort my way through this pile before I can’t actually see the floor in my cupboard🤣🫠..

Family Support Officer

Hi everyone, I would like to introduce myself as the newly appointed ‘Family Support Officer’ which will be an extension on my role of Senior EYP in the Toddler Room.

Firstly I’d like to thank everyone for the generosity shown at our Christmas Fayre, we made an outstanding profit of £515 for the nursery. We are extremely grateful and the children will benefit greatly from this❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

As we are all aware, times can be tough but this time of year often takes its toll on us all, I have taken this role to help others in need, providing food, toiletries, toys and clothes hampers, any extra support needed or even just a listening ear not just in the festive period but beyond these times too.

I would also like to continue extending our support to the wider community so it doesn’t have to be yourself it can be a friend, family member, neighbour etc.
