The come back....
I'm absolutely thrilled to be able to help Taylor Mackenzie on her journey back to the top as her strength and conditioning coach.
As an active professional athlete myself I can relate on how hard it is to get back on track after prolonged absence from sport due to injury.
Those set backs, however usualy are bless in disguise and only makes you stronger.
We have 12 weeks to work our way back to the top. I am 100% that our Olympic gold medalist will be stronger than ever and I feel honored to be a part of it.

I am posting my price list for my 1-2-1 session. I have very limited spaces so I do appologise in advance if I can't take you in. I like to work with fewer clients so I can focus on them and provide the best service possible.

Saturday special at the mecca with the lads Ben Milne and Bradley Vannet. 'Team meating' with the coaches. Those sessions are special because are much more then just lifting weights and working on our fitness. We do exchange a lot of knowledge and experience, trying new exercises and ideas but most importantly we have a lot of fun. Cheers for the great memories and shell we meet again next weekend πͺ

Back to back sessions with the ladiesπͺ. As promised I had to lead by example and join the session by doing couple of heavy a** hip thrust sets. I hope you had a great time off because I have prepared a couple of new drills for tomorrow. Get ready ladies, leg day, oh boy π
