The ame of the workshop was to connect humans with bees in new way.
We designed a mobile sistem of small experiances based on feelings; smell, sound and touch. Installations are located in camp in Radovljica with a lot of greenary and open space, near swimming pool which makes it a perfect place for a day trip with a family or a loved one.
Walking along the path you can follow the bees in their dance to discover all of the installations. First of all you are invited to smell the parfume of the beeswax and discover aromas bees live with, like lemon and banana aroma. Then you follow the path to where you can touch different honey combs and explore surfices, colors and textures. At the end you will find an ilusion of space made of mirrors that lets you hear the bees with the help of reflecting sound from mirrors to a specific point. Last but not least you can enter a beehouse where you can lay down and feel the vibrationts of the bees which helps you with relaxing. Path isn't fixed so you can always go back or reenter at your wish.

The group project that we named “B API” was created by observing amazing landscapes of the Gorenjska region and by learning about their heritage.
The historical Radovljica has been connected with the bees for centuries and bees are deeply incorporated into the culture. We connected with locals and created an installation that reflects the nature of a castle park, which is the main meeting point for Radovljica’s well known festivals. Inspired by the bees dance, we created five stations and the stone path that leads visitors through, creating the representative bee curve. Stations are made of polished stainless steel and include sens design.
Our main goal was to interact with people and make them move. The sound pillar, aroma pillar, central seating point, abstract pillar and viewpoint are main areas that provide activity and leave a memorable experience for locals and tourists.

Welcome team’s goal is to show the direction to The Beekeeping Museum of Radovljica using the Bee Dance.
Our project name is hARpI, which is a combination of two words. We foundthe inspiration in our form that resembles a harp and also the main characteristic of Radovljica, the bees - API (latin).
Installation is located at the entrance to the Linhart square. This is the only place in Radovljica from where you can clearly see the whole square.
We wanted to create a vibration with our form which sounds like bees buzzing.

Inspired by the rivers Sava Dolinka and Sava Bohinjka in Radovljica we wanted to merge people and create a space where the younger generation can come together to sit down and chill, as well as a convenient place for the market so that the stand are sheltered from rain, snow or sun.
We tried to solve the problems of the Square, it is quite boring and has no seating areas, unless you are sitting as a customer in a cafe or restaurant. We wanted the form to be universal, as this is the only way it can be used for all the different events that take place in Radovljica.
Inspiration for shape was drawn from a natural beehive, The organic shape of the beehives are taken into the design so there’s more dimensions on the square. The form spreads throughout the square and forces the visitor to see the whole, while imitating the bee dance.
We designed a module that can be multiplied throughout the Square and placed anywhere. The module is intended for both vendors and visitors. The sales table is placed under the roof, which makes it useful in all weather conditions. The roof has a dual use as it is also designed to sit at a height.

Learning from Nature is also: "Adobt Nature" and Sara Serrao will talk about to us about this topic.
Sara fom Lisbon, 45 years old, grew up in a bilingual environment attending a French school. Studied Journalism and Cultural Communication, worked in Communication and Marketing in IT industries and PR agencies and decided that that kind of life and work was not the purpose of life. Left the big city in 2009 and opened a rural guesthouse in the Alentejo coast, a remote and vast region in Southwest Portugal. In 2017 sold the guesthouse for personal reasons and has now launched a community project around an old primary school now transformed in a ceramic workshop, local craft shop, café, yoga studio and other workshops space.
