We're proud to welcome these two outstanding local businesses, both led by Executive Tutor and Chef Lewis Donegan. The Dundee Cooking Academy shares Lewis' passion, expertise and extensive culinary knowledge through fun, interactive cooking classes, inspiring home cooks of all abilities to develop their skills in the kitchen.

The Howff Secret Supper Club offers a truly unique fine dining experience in the heart of Dundee. Guests are treated to an immersive 8-course seasonal tasting menu, expertly crafted using the very best Scottish produce, with the option of a perfectly paired wine flight. Both the menu and wine pairing are refreshed every two months, ensuring every visit offers something new.

The Howff Secret Supper Club welcomes guests on Friday and Saturday evenings, delivering an unforgettable dining experience that combines exceptional food, creativity and outstanding hospitality.

This Sunday 8th June at 10am is our fantastic 3 course session “Spanish Tapas”.

Statistically this is proving to be our most popular session ever ✌️and 1 space has become available for an incredible day out 🤩

This small plate session covers lots of different, amazing Spanish tapas highlights. 9 in total that you get to sample, split over this 3 course session.

You will be making Gambas Ajillo and Crispy Squid with Romesco. Followed by Saffron & Chorizo Steamed Clams and Croquetas de jamon. Then to finish is fried pork fillet and Manchego cheese known as Flamenquin and patatas bravas.

Chef will throw in a few extra tasters for you to try such as padron peppers with proscuitto and mint, fried goats cheese with honey and Chorizo cooked in red wine. So much tasty food involved in this incredible experience.

In 2021, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Since then, I’ve been fundraising for AHSCT (a stem cell treatment that aims to reset the immune system and stop MS progression).
This treatment offers real hope, but it isn’t widely available on the NHS and costs around £50,000. So far, we’ve raised £8,500 — and I’m incredibly grateful.

Looking for something to do with the kids during the Easter school holidays? How about something that's not just fun but educational that they will love!

We have space availible for our Boss Chef Kids class on Sunday 19th of April here at the dundeee cooking academy. Come along and have Boss chef Amelia teach you how to make beef empanadas with pico de gallo and a strawberry pana cotta.

At only 11 year old this will be the 41st class Amelia's hosted, and they only get better 💪
