Quest Scotland Enters an Exciting New Chapter Under New Ownership
Quest Scotland, one of Scotland's leading providers of accredited training and professional development, is delighted to announce its acquisition by respected business leaders Jamie McBrearty and Keli Pirie.
The acquisition marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Quest Scotland, bringing together decades of experience in leadership, education, training and people development, whilst remaining committed to the exceptional quality, relationships and values that have made Quest a trusted name across Scotland.
Jamie McBrearty is an internationally recognised coach, leadership consultant and Co-Founder of Discovery Coaching, having spent over 25 years developing high-performing individuals, teams and organisations across business, education, sport and the public sector.
Alongside Jamie, Keli Pirie brings significant experience in business ownership, operational leadership and organisational growth, having successfully built and developed businesses across childcare, hospitality and professional services.
Together, Jamie and Keli share an ambitious vision to expand Quest Scotland's reach, invest in innovation and continue supporting individuals and organisations to unlock their potential through high-quality learning experiences.
Jamie McBrearty said:
"Quest Scotland already has an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional training and developing people. Keli and I feel incredibly privileged to build on the fantastic work that has already been done. Our vision is simple: to honour Quest's legacy whilst creating new opportunities for our clients, our team and the communities we serve. We believe learning changes lives, and we're excited about what the future holds."
Keli Pirie added:
"People have always been at the heart of everything we do. Quest has an exceptional team, loyal customers and a fantastic reputation. We want to invest in that success, strengthen relationships and continue creating learning experiences that genuinely make a difference. This is just the beginning, and we can't wait to share what's ahead."
Importantly, the transition will provide continuity for our customers and partners, with Laura Mason, Quest Scotland's current Directors, and Suzy Landsburgh remaining with the business over the coming years to help lead the next phase of growth and ensure a seamless transition.
Laura Mason said:
" I started Quest 25 years ago with Suzy joining 23 years ago and we couldn't be more delighted to be passing the baton to Jamie and Keli. We are excited to remain part of the business over the coming years, supporting the team and our clients as we build on everything that has made Quest successful. We truly believe the best is yet to come."
Customers can expect business as usual, with the same trusted team, the same commitment to excellence and an exciting programme of new courses, qualifications, partnerships and opportunities over the months ahead.
Quest Scotland remains dedicated to empowering individuals, strengthening organisations and helping businesses thrive through practical, accredited learning and development.
