This has been our first full day of downtime in ages!
We started off the day with a spin class that we will 100% feel every minute of tomorrow, and then we were scrubbed within and inch of our lived before we sat reading by the sea all day!
Salads, juices, reading, it’s been a delightfully slow day before we start our teaching schedule tomorrow.
