Kings Camps are a UK not for profit operating children’s sports and activity camps in the school holidays. Heading into their 35th year this summer, their mission remains the same, to get 5-17s active, having fun and learning together! They’re here at SpAH, University of Dundee this Summer with over 30 sports and activities for children to get involved in whether attending for 3, 4 or 5 days in the week - giving children a fun, active and screen-free holiday and trusted, safe and flexible childcare for parents! 🤸🏀 ⛹

How long can you balance for? For 1 month starting the 9th June our Strength and Conditioning Coach will be hosting a balance challenge in the Strength Hub. Here are the details:
➡️ Start date: 8th June
➡️ End date: 9th July
➡️ Every Tuesday 4-5pm and Thursday 7.30-8.30pm in the Strength Hub
➡️ Prize will be given to the winner who can balance the longest

SpAH Closure - Monday 4 May
Monday 4 May is a designated University closure day. This includes Sport and Active Health (SpAH), and as such, all our facilities will be closed on this date.
We’ll be back open as usual from 07:00 on Tuesday 5 May.

Our popular LIFT course is making a comeback. Sign up at SpAH reception now! 💥
Our 10-week strength training course in the Strength Hub returns on Tuesday 05 May and runs until Thursday 09 July.
Sessions will take place twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 20:30-21:30.
The course kicks off with pre-testing in week 1, followed by 8 weeks of progressive training, and finishes with post-testing in week 10 📈
Spaces are limited to ensure each programme is tailored to your individual goals and needs.
Cost: £80 for members | £90 for non-members

Women’s April Health Workshop 🍎
Join us on Thursday 16 April from 18:45-20:00 for a free, empowering women’s health session at SpAH.
