We’re looking for a Trainee Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Parkview Nursery School! 🌈

This is a paid working position where you’ll be part of our nursery team, gaining valuable hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification in Early Years. 👶🏼📚

We’re slowly bringing some fresh colour and warmth into our nursery, creating an even more welcoming space for our children, families and team 🥰

🐌🖤 PLEASE WELCOME OUR NEWEST PARKVIEW FAMILY MEMBERS… SLIM & SHADY! 🖤🐌

After much discussion, excitement and far too much research, we are officially the proud owners of two African Giant Land Snails! 🐌🐌

Everyone, meet Slim & Shady! 😂

They have arrived at their brand-new home and have already been settling in, exploring their new surroundings and, naturally, making themselves very comfortable. We’re absolutely fascinated watching them and can’t wait to watch them grow! 🥹💚

They’ve got themselves a little mansion complete with mossy hideaways, fresh veg, water and, most importantly, plenty of calcium for those shells. 🥬🥕🏡

We’re officially snail parents now… and honestly, we couldn’t be happier… well more me, Cheryl is staying clear of the boys😂

🌿✨ Happy Early Childhood Educator’s Day! ✨🌿

Today we’re celebrating the incredible people who make early years education so special — our amazing Parkview team! ❤️

Being an Early Years Educator is so much more than caring for children. Our team are co-regulators, anchors, problem solvers, brain architects, play advocates, cheerleaders, first responders, cooks, scientists… and sometimes all of these things before lunchtime! 😂

Every day, our educators create opportunities for children to feel safe, valued, heard and loved, while supporting them to explore, discover, develop confidence and become the very best versions of themselves.

We are incredibly proud of the passion, dedication and care our team bring to Parkview every single day. The relationships they build with our children and families are at the heart of everything we do. ❤️

So today, we simply want to say…

Thank you to our wonderful Parkview educators.
Thank you for everything you do, everything you give and for being such an important part of children’s early years. 🌱

✨ To our wonderful school leavers…

And just like that… the time has come🥹❤️

Tomorrow, some of our very special little people will wake up, put on their brand-new school uniforms, pick up their shiny shoes and new school bags and take those first, very important steps into their next big adventure🎒📚

We honestly don’t know where the time has gone?!

It feels like only yesterday you were walking through our doors for the very first time, some of you a little unsure, some of you full of confidence, and some of you with tears in your eyes as you said goodbye to your grown-ups. And now, here we are… watching you walk away ready for the next chapter. 🥹

Over the years, we have watched you grow in so many ways. We’ve watched first friendships blossom, first words turn into endless stories, little personalities shine, confidence grow and tiny hands become so much more capable.

We’ve shared cuddles, giggles, messy play, muddy adventures, birthday celebrations, tears, tantrums, achievements and so, so many memories. ❤️

You have filled our nursery with your laughter, your questions, your imaginations and your wonderful little personalities and although we know you are ready, that doesn’t make saying goodbye any easier.

Please always remember this:
You have been loved here.
You have been listened to.
You have been celebrated.
You have been encouraged.
You have been believed in.
And you will always have a little piece of our hearts❤️

To our amazing parents and families, thank you for trusting us with your most precious little people. Thank you for allowing us to be part of these incredibly important early years. It has been an absolute privilege to watch your children grow, learn and become the wonderful little people they are today.

Tomorrow may be the start of something new, but it isn’t goodbye to everything that came before. The memories made here will always be part of their story🌈

So, to every single one of our school leavers…
Go be brave.
Go be kind.
Go be curious.
Go make friends.
Go make mistakes and learn from them.
Go laugh loudly.
Go dream BIG.

💙 “You’ve Got a Friend in Me.” 💙

Yesterday, we celebrated one of the most emotional days of the year as 24 incredible children graduated from Parkview Nursery School and took their first steps towards their next adventure… school. 🎓

Our graduation theme, You’ve Got a Friend in Me, couldn’t have been more fitting.

Because whilst we teach children to count, write their names, zip their coats and make new discoveries every day, the most important thing we build is relationships.

Over the months and years, our children become part of our family. We celebrate their first words, wipe away their tears, cheer their achievements, comfort them when they’re unsure, and watch them grow into kind, confident and resilient little people. Those bonds are something truly special and will stay with us long after they leave our doors.

To our wonderful graduates, thank you for filling our nursery with laughter, imagination, curiosity and endless smiles. Watching each of you walk down that red carpet yesterday was a moment none of us will ever forget.

To our families, thank you for trusting us with your greatest treasures. It has been the greatest privilege to be part of your children’s story.

As you begin your next chapter, remember that no matter where life takes you… You’ll always have a friend in us. 💛

Congratulations, Class of 2026. We are so incredibly proud of every single one of you.
