🎶How do you incorporate music into your work in Health Professions Education?

A recent Medical Teacher article explores the relationship between music and medical education, highlighting its potential to support student well-being, interpersonal skills, and patient-centred care.

🗨️"I now believe that music has the ability to communicate empathy and care to a patient that can surpass spoken words, and being able to play [music] and witness the emotion one patient shared with us was truly powerful."

This mixed-methods study examines the experiences of medical students participating in a semester-long, performance-focused Music for Health elective at an Australian university, exploring both the benefits and challenges of integrating music into the curriculum.
