An amazing start to YPI National Event 2025 from Sonni and Cory from St John’s RC High School

Dundee Football Club are delighted to announce that midfielder Ethan Crombie has signed his first professional football contract ✍️

Sixteen-year-old Ethan has been part of the Dundee FC Academy since the age of ten and has been part of the Dundee FC Performance School at St John’s RC High School the past four years 🏫

Ethan becomes the first player from the Dundee FC Performance School to sign a professional contract at the club.

Due to Storm Eowyn and the closure of schools, a free school meal payment will be included in the Holiday Support Payment due to be made to each child in P1 to P5 who receives a school clothing grant or P6 to S6 due to low income . This will be paid on Thursday 13th February.

REMINDER: School Closed Today⛔️

This is a reminder that due to the ongoing Red Weather Warning school will be closed today for all pupils and staff.

For everyone’s safety please do not attempt to make your way to the school. Stay indoors and follow all safety advice from local authorities.

Due to the Red Weather Warning for Wind issued by the Met Office for tomorrow morning the school will be closed on Friday 24 January as a precautionary measure.

Storm Eowyn is expected to bring severe disruption across parts of Tayside, Fife, and Stirling, and safety is our top priority.

The Met Office has issued a rare Red Weather Warning for Wind due to Storm Eowyn which is expected to cause significant disruption across parts of Tayside, Fife, and Stirling tomorrow morning (Friday 24 January).

Currently no announcement has been made yet regarding school closures in Dundee but we are closely monitoring the situation. Should the decision be made to close the school we will update parents and carers immediately.

Please take care and stay safe and ensure you have plans in place in case of closures. Further updates will follow as soon as we receive more information.
