**Administrator Vacancy**

We are looking for an Administrator to join our team and be responsible for providing an efficient and comprehensive administrative service.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to,
Maintain child related records
Maintain staff related records
Maintain stock control
Provide word processing/typing service
Provide reception duties and dealing with telephone queries
Deal with incoming and outgoing mail
General admin duties

Skills required
Excellent communication skills and customer service
Works well as a team and uses own initiative
Computer literate
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage a day-to-day workload with a flexible approach to prioritising work

The successful candidate will work 28 hrs per week over four days. Some flexibility in the start/finish times offered and the days you work. You require to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme. Salary is competitive and pension provided.

***Stirling Science Festival 11-14 October 2023***
(with activities beyond this date).
Hosted by Stirling Council, the Festival will be held in various venues across the area during the first week of the school holidays (Wednesday, 11 October - Saturday, 14 October).

This year’s festival will be even bigger and better with a fantastic array of activities and events to inspire young and not so young minds, from ocean themed arts workshops and stargazing to testing out the plasticity of your brain with vision-shifting goggles and a series of engaging science talks, there really is something for everyone.

On the last day of the festival there will be an action-packed free family day at the Albert Halls in partnership with the University of Stirling and Forth Valley College, who will host a range of engaging and inspiring hands-on table top activities and workshops.
