Here's a brilliant image taken by one of our customers on this week's Big Workshop. We hold slideshow presentations on composition, how to master exposure, how to achieve the correct depth of field, choosing a suitable subject, and making the most of the light. After each lesson we head out to some of Skye's epic landscpaes to put the theory into practice.

Everyone in the group got a variation of this shot as we were all lined up ready for the scene to unfold before us. This one was taken by Niall Henderson and he put all the all the lessons into practice to come up with this beautiful photo which perfectly captures the typical Hebridean atmosphere of calm and tranqulity.
