🎉💗 TODAY WE CELEBRATE 15 YEARS OF FIRST STEPS AT HEATHHALL! 💗🎉
What a 15 years it has been! 🥳
Our story began back in 2011, when First Steps opened its doors at Heathhall. From those very first days, we have continued to grow, develop and go from strength to strength — always staying true to our vision of providing children with a unique, inspiring and nurturing environment. 🌿✨
Over the past 15 years, we have achieved so much that we are incredibly proud of, including:
🏡 Building an extension to create a brand-new, purpose-built baby room for our 0–2 year olds.
🌟 Becoming the VERY FIRST nursery in Scotland to achieve Curiosity Approach accreditation — an achievement that we remain incredibly proud of.
🏆 Winning an award for Best Indoor Learning Environment.
🌱 Creating our very own allotment, giving our children opportunities to grow, nurture and learn from nature.
📑 Trained successfully 24 modern apprentices some of which continue to work with us and even moved into leadership roles and also supported and funded staff to gain higher level qualifications.
🌳 Our biggest achievement to date due to our continued success was opening our sister nursery First Steps Nursery Springholm last year 🥳

Today is about taking a moment to reflect on just how far we have come and celebrate everything that makes First Steps what it is today.
A huge THANK YOU to all of our incredible staff, past and present, who have helped shape First Steps over the years. Your hard work, passion, dedication and commitment have played such an important part in our journey. 💕👏
And, of course, a very special thank you to all of the families who have chosen First Steps, believed in us and trusted us with their precious children over the years. Your support means more than you know. 🥰
