These achievements mean so much to us and are a true reflection of the dedication, hard work, and passion shown by everyone involved over the years.

We’re delighted to introduce Tyana part of our Project SEARCH 2026 cohort, who is currently completing her work placement at Murrays Farm Care in Dumfries. 🌱

Tyana is gaining valuable experience in a busy retail environment, supporting the team with tasks such as organising stock, assisting customers, merchandising products, and helping to maintain a welcoming shop space.

Through this placement, Tyana is developing important employability and meta-skills, including communication, teamwork, organisation, problem solving, adaptability, and building confidence in the workplace. Working in retail provides great opportunities to strengthen these skills through real interactions and day-to-day responsibilities.

A huge thank you to the team at Murray's Farm Care for supporting our interns and helping create meaningful opportunities for young people to develop skills and confidence in the workplace. We look forward to continuing to see Tyana grow throughout her internship journey! 👏

🌟 **Applications Now Open – Project SEARCH Internship Programme** 🌟

Are you a young person with learning disabilities and or Autism who wants to build skills, confidence and move towards paid employment?

**Project SEARCH** is a one-year supported internship programme designed to help young people gain real work experience, develop employability skills, and prepare for the world of work. Through workplace rotations, classroom learning, and job coaching, interns build the skills and confidence employers are looking for.

📢 **Join us for our upcoming Information Session** to find out more about the programme, what to expect, and how to apply.

This session is a great opportunity for:
✔️ Young people interested in the programme
✔️ Parents and carers
✔️ Teachers and support staff

You will learn about:
• How the programme works
• The types of internships available
