Outstanding effort from who joined us in our last intake of our female only SGPT

8 week between the pictures , yes 8 weeks !!! What makes this all the better is the fact that Gill has been crazy busy with work , but didn’t let that stop her , as you can see 💪🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Everyone’s goals are different , so first thing we did was set them, we made a clear and realistic plan that fitted into gills busy life. Or else what is the point ?

The plan was realistic , achievable and most of all we made sure it was enjoyable.

You’ll be supported the full way , everything we set out for you to do we will talk through , explain why , the more tools we can give you, the better !

No secrets here - it’s a team game. You will be guided , supported and taught throughout.

Stephen chose to work with me in preparation for his up coming summer holidays.

We kept it as simple and as easy as we could, but the hard work still needs to be done, which it was! Class effort 👏🏾

What’s important to point out here as well is that Stephen works shifts and has a very busy work schedule, as well as a family to look after. When you factor in these “obstacles” it makes these results even better.

Absolutely no excuses, got the work done, followed and trusted the plan, well done mate!

Erin came to work with me on a 1-1 basis in preparation for her wedding. She had not long given birth as well which deserves a mention. This is no easy task for any new mother to do , amazing stuff 👏🏾

What an amazing job she has done, Erin has put in the hard work, trusted what I have told her, stayed consistent and gave it her all. And it really really shows!!!

Massive well done to you Erin , I couldn’t be happier for you.

It’s been a pleasure working with you and getting to know you.

Jade had all ready managed to lose almost 3 stone before coming down to work with me, some effort!!!! Absolutely amazing work

It’s fair to say she had hit a little bit a wall in terms of getting to that next stage, which is completely normal , and to be expected.

We had a really good chat , spoke about how far she had come and I laid out how we would get to that next level. I explained the plan , explained why we would do what we were going to and all I asked is that she put her trust in me. It’s a team game remember !

Everything I asked her to do, she done and gave it her absolute everything which shows in these pictures !

To come as far as you have is absolutely outstanding and I hope you are proud of what you have managed to achieve.

I couldn’t be happier for you , your hard work has paid off and you look amazing ! This is just the beginning for us now , plans have been made for the next step and we will continue to work together!!

THINGS WE LOVE TO SEE 😁💚

Absolute different level, how amazing is this ?

started the 12 week female only , small group PT Block a complete gym beginner.

Weightlifting and the gym environment was all new, but that didn’t stop us or slow us down.

We started with the basics when it comes to weightlifting and training.
Ensuring that correct form was taught , and that correct lifting techniques were used at all times.

It didn’t take us long to get to a strong and competent level.

On top of this we took nutrition back to basics, keeping it realistic and achievable.

We have implemented some real, good and lasting changes that are going to help Carla in the long run and keep her well on track to smashing her new goals which we have set 💪🏾

Carla took to the challenge with great ease and really put everything in to every single session , with a smile on her face and the best attitude you could ever ask for.

This has been a total life style change, but this is all down to you !!! 💪🏾👏🏾

You’ve put in the hard work during the sessions , you’ve followed the plan and routines out with the sessions and look at how far you’ve come. I couldn’t be happier for you , you are absolutely glowing and I’m so proud of what you’ve managed to achieve in these 12 weeks. But you are only just getting started !!!!!!

Since starting Carla has also took out her very own gym membership and has continued to smash out workouts on her own outwith our sessions. How amazing is that from someone who walked through my door 12 weeks ago a complete beginner !!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾💪🏾

It’s been a pleasure getting to know you and to now call you a friend !

This is just the beginning for you , we will continue to work together, making sure you continue to become fitter, stronger and more importantly the best , happiest , version of yourself you can be.

Another amazing story from our first ever 12 week female only, small group PT block

Lesley hasn’t missed a beat and it shows. You have done amazing, well done to you.
So proud of where you have got to in such a short space of time!

Quality work in all the sessions, backed up with solid routines put in place out with the sessions and this is what we got !

Outstanding 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾💪🏾

We taught the importance of using your calories and not being afraid to use them.

Use your calories, always meet your protein, turn up do the work, trust the process and enjoy it.

All the group sessions were a good laugh, it’s important we make the process as fun and enjoyable as we can.
But as well as this we ensured correct form was always maintained, teaching new techniques as we worked through the 12 weeks.

It all came together and we will keep going to ensure that the standards stay high , the training stays consistent and that we continue to build on what we have managed to achieve.

We don’t stop !

You have done absolutely amazing , put in the hard work and trusted everything I’ve said to you

We taught the importance of balance when it comes to diet , nutrition and training , which was well used when you take into account Michaela had two hen weekends for herself , and a very busy social schedule. Life was still lived and enjoyed ! Which is important

You looked amazing on your wedding day and what an amazing , special day it was. Congratulations to you both
